Pixar's prequel to Monsters Inc. has now its own college teaser. Watch the Monsters University teaser below.

According to the official synopsis, Mike Wazowski and James P. Sullivan are an inseparable pair, but that wasn't always the case. From the moment these two mismatched monsters met they couldn't stand each other.

"Monsters University" unlocks the door to how Mike and Sulley overcame their differences and became the best of friends.

It has to be said, though, that the concept art below is more impressive than the trailer:

Dan Scanlon (storyboard artist in Cars) directs this prequel of Monsters, Inc. , and Billy Crystal and John Goodman return to their voice acting roles.

Monsters University is due for a June 21, 2013 release.
