Friss Hús Budapest International Short Film Festival, Hungary's only Oscar-qualifying festival, showcases the newest and most exciting Hungarian and international short films, attracting sold-out screenings and significant professional and media attention. The festival's audience grows year by year, with creative Hungarian short films drawing an increasingly wide audience.

Eligibility:

- Max. 40 minutes length for live-action and documentaries, and 20 minutes for animation /  Any countries  /  Any genres (Live-action / Documentary / Animation) 
- For LGBTQ+ and Horror projects: please submit through the special categories / - Completed after January 2025.
