The 2021 hybrid edition of Annecy Festival will focus on animation from the African continent (Annecy Festival is officially labelled Africa2020 Season) but will also mark the Festival’s 60th anniversary, whose celebration had been postponed for a year.
For months, the Festival and Mifa teams have been evolving with the changing pace of the pandemic situation and more than ever they are pulling out all the stops to break new ground once again this year, inaugurating Annecy 2021, the Festival’s first ever hybrid edition. (A): Hybrid formula: On-site + Online
Grand public 30 € / 18 € incl. VAT
Festival+: Animation professionals or teachers: 65 € incl. VAT
Students: 50 € incl. VAT
Mifa: Animation professionals: 410 € incl. VAT
For the hybrid formulas, the number of accreditations on sale will be limited, due to the restrictions in force.
(B): Online only formula
Moviegoers Online: 16,67 € VAT not included
Festival+ Online: Animation professionals and teachers: 41,67 € VAT not included
Students Online: 25 € VAT not included
Mifa Online: Animation professionals and teachers: 341,67 € VAT not included
Important: The online offer will not offer access to the competition Feature Films, TV Films and VR Works (only on-site screenings).
Exceptionally, due to the rights holders’ requirements, some films may not be accessible in certain territories, or may see their access limited to a maximum number of views. Therefore, it is possible that you may not have access to all the programming for the entire event.
