The Chainsaw Film and Game Festival takes place 15-16 August 2020 in Anaheim, California. It brings together world's best Fantasy, Horror, Mystery, Science Fiction, Games, Animation, Science, Music, Television, and Experimental Films into an intentional event share new worlds and unique visual experiences.  The Chainsaw Film Festival especially encourages and welcomes the entries of filmmakers from all over the world who want to share their unique perspectives into personal audience experiences. The focus of the film festival is to take audiences to new worlds from the minds of the world's best creatives.

The 2020 program will include live-action, animation, games, narrative, non-narrative, and experimental as the top Award categories including - Best Film, Best Director, and Best Game.

AWARDS & CERTIFICATES
 
The Awards of the 2020 Chainsaw Film and Game Festival honors the cinematic and storytelling achievements of filmmakers and game developers around the world who collaborate and apply their unique creative power to share unique worlds and experiences. The Official Selections of the 2020 program include films and game projects whose excellence brings these worlds to life on screen while additionally awarding special category winners for the standouts of the season. The Chainsaw Film Festival will publish the name of the winners online and certificates will be awarded.
 
RULES & TERMS
 
Submit your work via the submission platforms provided. Winners will be notified via email. The Chainsaw Film and Game Festival cannot accept the following works: Anything that you are not the author and copyright holder of the work you submit. Offensive, illegal, discriminatory, or harmful materials. Anything that discloses the personal information and likeness of any individual that you do not have written permission to do so. Anything that you are not comfortable allowing us to show in public. Submission means you read and agree to the complete rules and terms of the festival. We do not provide fee waivers or refunds. Paying a submission fee does not mean you will be automatically accepted into the festival. The festival will not pay screening fees and it is assumed that any submitted film is both available to be screened, with no legal restrictions, and without expectation of a fee being paid. Please be aware that if your film is selected to run in the festival, you will be requested to subtitle your film in English as the festival is inclusive to all audiences.
