Encounters Short Film Festival, Bristol is now accepting applications for a second training course aimed at animation producers,

producing-animation-course-encountersThe Producing Animation Course is a two-day course (London, 5-6 March 2014)  that will explore traditional methods and practises whilst covering the most up to date issues related to animation production today, including the new UK tax break, financial incentives and distribution.

It will focus on key areas of development, production and the recent changes in tax opportunities with an emphasis on exploring financial incentives. It will include seminars, case studies and discussions with leading experts in the industry.


Fee: £600 which includes 2 nights accommodation (4 and 5 March) in London's South Bank area - including meals. A limited hardship grant of up to 75% is available for two places (evidence of hardship will be requested).

Deadline for applications: Friday 21 February 2014 at midnight. Early application recommended in order to ensure a place.
