New Chitose Airport Int'nl Festival 2-5/11/17: Call for entries
From November 2 to 5, 2017, the New Chitose Airport, a gateway for the world to access Hokkaido and known as "Entertainment" Airport, has the 4th edition of the New Chitose Airport International Animation Festival.

The last edition, in 2016, attracted approximately 31,000 visitors over four days. The main event of the festival is the competition for short animated films.
Last year, the festival received 1,232 films from 66 countries/regions, which were the highest numbers in the festival's history.
For this edition, the festival accepts animated films with a running time of not more than 30 minutes, completed in or after 2015.

Grand Prix: 1 million JPY
Japan Grand Prix: 500,000 JPY
New Talent Award: 300,000 JPY
Best Music Animation: 200,000 JPY
Audience Award: 200,000 JPY
Kids Award: Memento
