 All animated shorts films made between 2018 and today (recorded with any kind of device) are eligible to participate. 

Films may be entered in the following categories:

- The short films may be entered in any of the following categories:

• Fiction / Narrative
• experimental / video art
• Video clip
• Micro-shortfilm (up to three minutes length)
• Series / Webseries (see chapter M)
• Showing from Schools and Animation Workshops for children and adolescents (see chapter N)

The categories will be the following:

• Best National Animation,
• Best International Animation,
• Best Animated Fiction
• Best Animated Experimental / video art
• Best Animated VideoClip
• Best Animated Serie/WebSerie
• Best Animated Micro-Shortfilm
• Special Mentions.

The duration of the shorts should in no circumstances exceed 15 (fifteen) minutes
