 A lion is about to devour a mouse, yet the smaller animal proposes a deal to the lion The mouse will bring  larger animals  for the lion to eat in exchange for its salvation.

Benjamin Renner presents his César-nominated film in vibrant, monochrome detail. He creates a menacing atmosphere that almost inspires awe, but never real danger. 

 

 

Renner's next project is the feature film Ernest and Celestine, that tells the unlikely friendship between a bear and a mouse.
