Catch Up with CEE Animation at MIFA Annecy 2026
CEE Animation returns to MIFA Annecy 2026 with a a delegation of almost 60 film professionals, hosted at the Creative Europe MEDIA stand. A number of events are planned during the industry days; the team includes includes a dynamic group of producers actively seeking co-production opportunities and offering a wide range of professional services, supported by a diverse pool of regional talent. Representatives of national film funds and industry associations will also be present, ready to engage with international partners.

The Annecy International Animation Film Festival 2026 features a strong presence of Central and Eastern European titles in its Official Selection, including the film 'Cosmonauts', developed within CEE Animation’s Rise & Shine programme and presented at the CEE Animation Forum 2024.

The selection also includes 'Eeny, Meeny, Miny, Moe!', a project developed through the CEE Animation Workshop. Both short films premiered at the Berlinale 2026.
