Event Description:

Toon Dook International Animation Festival is a dynamic new event in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, dedicated to showcasing the richness and diversity of contemporary animation.

2025 Call for Entries: (Archive) 

 Eligibility
– Open to all animated films under 30 minutes
– All animation techniques are accepted (2D, 3D, stop motion, mixed media, etc.) 

The festival accepts submissions in two competition categories:
– International short animated films
– Kyrgyz (local) animated films

The two-day festival also features:
– Masterclasses by international guests
– Art alley and live illustration
– Ceramic workshops and real-time art creation
– Networking zones
– Music surprise and open-air atmosphere
