BBC reports that the 100'' long film by PES, 'Fresh Guacamole' is the shortest film ever (including live-action films) to be nominated for an Academy Award. PES inventively transforms familiar objects into Fresh Guacamole, in this stop-motion clay film.
The film is a follow-up to Western Spaghetti.
His original intent was to turn the motto "Don't play with your food" upside down.
Even though Fresh Guacamole is considered a long short for the coveted award (John Kahrs' 'Paperman' and Tim Reckart's 'Head Over Heels' are clear favorites in the field), it adds a bit of spice to our animated food.
