A record of 659 entries for animation documentaries received (77 countries overall) made the selection process for the 6th  Rising of Lusitania - AnimaDoc Film Festival (Lodz, September 2024).

40 animation documentary films were eventually selected ('40 passengers', according to the festival's statement) from 22 countries. "15 in the professional cabin, 8 in the student cabin, and 5 in the most mysterious one - MOCK<anima>DOC cabin. Those who decide to visit the bridge - it's really worth it! - a special PANORAMIC VIEW FROM THE COMMAND DECK will be waiting."

A 3-person Professional Jury (Zbigniew Czapla, Adela Kaczmarek-Siwińska, Ewa Podgórska) and a 3-person Student Jury (Karolina Majka, Dominik Piekarski, Piotr Tokarz) will evaluate, plus audience awards will be handed out.
