Etiuda & Anima Festival 2026

Festival Description: 

Among events accompanying the international contest of animated films and student etudes (films made at film and art schools made during the didactic process) there is: the annual award for the outstanding artist and pedagogue, Etiuda&Anima ”Top Tens” – unique sets of the best of the best animations chosen by experts, ”Animators’ Self-Portraits”, a cycle which provides the audience with unique opportunity to watch some of the best authors of various animation genres creating their film works live, or the premieres of the most interesting feature animated films from all over the world. For the past few years the festival has also included various film workshops in: script-writing, directing, cinematography, editing and animation conducted by well-known artists and pedagogues from the world’s leading film schools.

• ANIMA - international competition for professional, independent and student animation.

The following Prizes will be awarded at the ETIUDA 2026 competition:

Grand Prix – Golden Dinosaur and a cash prize
Silver Dinosaur and a cash prize
Bronze Dinosaur and a cash prize

The following Prizes will be awarded at the ANIMA 2026 competition:

Grand Prix – Golden Jabberwocky and a cash prize
Silver Jabberwocky and a cash prize
Bronze Jabberwocky and a cash prize
Special Golden Jabberwocky for the best student animation of the Festival and a cash prize
